Our History
Our long-standing, customer focused history resides deep in Iowa agricultural roots with Sindt Implement and Tri-County Implement. Sindt Implement was established in 1968 by Darold Sindt and Tri-County Implement began in 1994 with the purchase of the De Witt location which was originally built in 1971. Both of these organizations brought forth a passion for farming which resonated throughout the tenure of their independent operations.

Throughout the years, these two Iowa dealerships developed a great friendship and respect for one another. They came to realize that their relationship was built on a similar business approach, like-minded values, expertise, and focus on the customer. Eventually both organizations started taking a look at what they might accomplish by joining forces and working together, versus what each of them could achieve separately.

In the fall of 2008, Sindt Implement and Tri-County Implement merged operations to form GreenValley Ag & Turf.

Through the successful history of these two dealership groups, and the formation of GreenValley Ag & Turf, we bring forth greater expertise and understanding of our customers' needs and the knowledge to support those needs through:
